Novaland (NVL) has recently announced its plan to transfer its entire capital contribution of VND 204.8 billion in Tan Kim Yen Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. Following the transaction, Novaland will no longer hold any ownership stake in this company, creating opportunities for other shareholders or investors to participate in the project.
